Do you ship overseas?
- Yes, we ship worldwide. Simply select your destination country when making the order to calculate the shipping fee.
How long will it take to get my order?
- This depends on where you are. Shipping takes from 2-5 days (Ukraine and Russia) up to 21 working days (depending on the region).
What shipping carriers do you use?
- We work with the following delivery services: UPS, FedEx, KM-Express and Nova Poshta.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Can I return or exchange my product?
- Yes, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of order receipt. Customers are responsible for the shipping fees for returns and exchanges. All items must be returned unused in their original condition, with all garment tags attached. Returns that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
